All of our products are made in-house from scratch. By placing an order online, you are reserving your order on our production schedule. Each product has a minimum number of days in which we can fulfill your order.
By placing an order online and making payment, you adhere to the following terms:
- I understand that variations in product color, details, styles, or design are to be expected. We reserve the right to artistic interpretation. Refunds will not be given for this reason.
- Refunds for orders of under 50 cheesecakes will only be given if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date for pick up.
- Refunds for orders of 50-100 cheesecakes will only be given if cancelled at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date for pick up.
- Refunds for orders over 100 cheesecakes, please contact us.
- If you request customization on a product that does not allow customization, it will not be added to the order and will be made to the product and bakery standard. Refunds will not be issued for this oversight.
